Espe...。感情受挫的陈亚楠一人来到偏僻孤岛被困，在岛上求生中救下一只被困的马犬（小八）。岛上陈亚楠多次遇到危险，都得到小八的相救。一次，小八为了救助陈亚楠被野人绑走，陈亚楠也奋不顾身去拯救小八，陈亚楠绝境时……。Jake对自己将进入初三而深感不安，Charlie和Alan跟他说了他们各自如梦魇般的初三生活，这让事情变得更糟。那些故事对Jake产生了很大的负面影响，以至于在上学的第一天他就从校车上下来，逃回家躲起来。最终，Charlie和 Alan意识到他们告诉Jake的那些故事是他们自己的担忧，而却把这些担忧传递给Jake 。他们俩决定教会Jake如何应对自己的恐惧，但是事情却没有像他们计划的那般。。
