故事发生在志城南中学，桂木真己（花江夏树配音）是刚刚转来这里念书的学生，从小到大和母亲过着相依为命生活的他性格有些内向，但实际上，真己是一个心思非常细腻体贴的男孩。在机缘巧合之中，真己加入了学校的软式网球部，这项运动彻底改变了真己的中学生活，给他的校园回忆留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。 个性非常认真的网球部部长新城柊真（畠中祐配音）、性格桀骜不驯，常常语出惊人的雨野树（松冈祯丞配音）、异常体贴，总是害怕给别人添麻烦的布津凛太郎（佐藤元配音）、大大咧咧容易冲动的曽我翅（丰永利行配音），和真己一起挥洒汗水的，还有这些个性迥异的部员们。。Secret Santa is a feature length film that tells the story of a group of eccentric college kids, struggling to get through the hectic exam period. This Horror/Comedy is a tribute to B-Movie Slashers but also takes the conventions and turns them upside down. A liquor filled party is planned. Adding a Secret Santa exchange for fun.
