剧情简介
死刑犯 A，殺害好友後勒贖。死刑犯陳昱安，砍殺父親111刀。死刑犯鄭捷，於捷運上隨機殺人。「死刑犯」是司法給他們的一個標籤，但這三個人作為人的身分卻為人漠視，而至親所背負之痛，更從來無人知曉⋯⋯。 曾以紀錄片《起點》、《我無罪，我是鄭性澤》長期關注司法議題的導演李家驊，這次選擇了三位犯行各異的死刑犯為主角，有人尚在服刑，有人在獄中自戕身亡，有人已遭到槍決伏法。在「殺人償命」 的正義大纛前，他們的命運殊途同歸，宛如報廢的物件，但在律師、死囚家屬面前，標籤之後卻是一個個血肉之軀。全片以平實的採訪片段與報導影像， 不拘泥於法條本身，而是深刻表達了導演對「人」 的處境的關懷，爬梳現代台灣司法死刑史之餘，也引出了對現行體制的叩問。。We take our liberties for granted.
