影片改编自经典童话故事，很久以前，在戈加海的深处，生长着一颗友谊树，友谊树每隔千年才会结出一颗果实。小美人鱼爱丽儿公主维护着戈加海并且拥有整个海洋无穷的宝藏，却因通往友谊树的路途艰难万分而没能得到一颗友谊果···美丽的小女孩塞拉住在戈加海海边，为了获得白雪公主的一 滴血来医治重病的母亲，途中塞拉通过一面神奇的魔镜，来到奇幻神秘的海底世界，因此认识了小美人鱼爱丽儿公主，并和寻找时光宝石的辛西娅成为了好朋友，在小人鱼精灵卡珊和小海虾凯莉的陪伴下，展开了一段寻找友谊果和时光宝石的海底奇幻的冒险旅程。。John Ellman (Boris Karloff) has been framed for murder by a gang of racketeers. He is unfairly tried and despite the fact that his innocence has been proven, he is sent to the electric chair and executed. Dr. Evan Beaumont (Edmund Gwenn) retrieves his dead body and revives it, as part of his experiments to reanimate a dead body and discover what happens to the soul after death....。
