楊尚偉年輕時見證了香港國際機場從啟德遷往赤鯔角的歷史時刻，甘五年後， 機場客運量攀升三倍，偉亦成為了機場中央控制中心的值班經理，負責監察整個機場，確保一切運作正常。 港灣航空駐機場主管張若玲是偉的前妻，在公事上，兩人常有磨擦，但心中仍然愛著對方。偏偏機長郭啟光熱情追求玲；偉亦重遇舊情人空姐高雅雯，四人的關鯀剪不斷理還亂…… 偉有得力助手方可兒和同期加入機場的伙伴幫忙：呂芷珊負責機場客運服務、陳杰負責機場保安、李勝祥負責停機坪服務，他們是機場最出色的組合，能化解所有危機。 一天，颮風正面吹襲機場，這時候港灣航空的一班客機竟要緊急降落……。Will & Grace are best friends.
