燥热难耐的夏天，厌倦了烦人工作的父亲（鮎川誠 饰）和辞职待业的儿子（堺雅人 饰）相约逃离大都市，来到位于北轻井泽的山间别墅度假。父子俩翻出去世祖母搜集来的各种学校运动服，并选出合适的穿上，以最轻松的状态体验着久违的闲适快意。奇怪的朋友、四处寻找信号的女学生、超级便宜的番 茄丰富着父子俩的生活。另一方面，远在另一端的东京，儿子的妻子和别的男人坠入爱河，父亲的婚姻也亮起红灯。乡间生活虽然惬意，生活中的琐事与麻烦却从未远离…… 本片根据長嶋有的同名原著改编，并分获2008年日知电影奖和2009年每日电影奖最佳男配角奖（堺雅人）。。When Pedro and the girl go rob the flat and find the entire family of three there, and lock them in the bathroom, the kid had a phone using which the dad calls the police.
