日本全国有多达500万台的监视摄像头。为了运用这些摄像头，通过最先进的监视系统来进行犯罪搜查，神奈川县警新设了独特的特殊部队。这就是“KSBC——神奈川县警搜查分析中心”。以KSBC特别搜查官的身份，挑战谜团重重的疑难事件的男子，正是当年神奈川县警搜查一课大名鼎鼎的干练刑警——伏见响介。他为KSBC招募到了这些民间搜查员：擅长人物侧写的前大学犯罪心理学教授、曾是自卫队队员的单身母亲、年轻的天才黑客等等，每位成员都个性十足。乍一看，KSBC仿佛是一支理想强队。但这里的每一个人，都肩负着黑暗的过去，都是“曾犯下罪行的人” 。。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
